How to make joint tasks in ZIMBRA?
Good afternoon!
Tell me, I installed Zimbra Collaboration OS 8.6, hoping to use it not only as a mailbox, but also as a simple workflow. Googled, it seems like such a possibility is declared. But in practice, it didn’t work out to set a task for anyone, except for yourself :(
Create tasks for other users and see if they are overdue or completed - is it even possible in it?

You are starting to do the right thing, but not to the end:
1. You create a new list of tasks for yourself.
2. You right-click on this task list and select an item from the "Public task list" drop-down menu.
3. And configure the properties of the sharing profile as you need, and be sure to specify the address with whom you want to share your tasks and the access level.
4. And then your co-workers access your to-do list and work on it.
