How to schedule an automatic connection to the server via FTP( Yummy) or ISP Manager in order to update the directory with new files?

Hello,
we periodically need to update the files on the servers at a certain time, usually after midnight. due to the human factor, there are delays or administrators simply forget about the task, especially if this is an update from Sunday to Monday.
Is it possible to organize automatic updating of the site directory with new files according to the planned schedule? So far I see two options, use an FTP client (now it's Yummy Pro) or a server control panel (now it's ISP Manager) to schedule such a task.
Share your experience on how to reliably solve the problem?

If the servers are under Linux, then it is possible through Cron.
