How to make it so that by default for certain documents, instead of TinyMCE, a regular editor or Ax opens?

I was finalizing one site, and I saw that Ax opens for sitemap and robots.txt instead of TinyMCE.
For some reason, for these resources, TinyMCE opens on my site. How can I make Ax open for these resources too?

Resource -> Settings -> "Use HTML editor" checkbox.
