How to make it right for divi 3.0 theme?

Good afternoon.
The task was set to lay out the site and pull it on vp + use the divi theme.
What is the best way to do this?
Always typeset on local (html + bootstrap + scss).
Do I need to type on the local, or should I try to do something in the divi constructor right away?
Thank you.

As far as I could understand the information on this topic, you simply already have a constructor from which you need to make the pages themselves.
That is, in your understanding, you write the code, everything is already written for you in the topic, you only need to use ready-made block options to make the page through the constructor.

What is the best way to do this?

In general, start by creating a child theme .
And even better - to give or cooperate with someone who knows the VP. The theme of the VP is not just layout. It's a bunch of functionality . About any "local" speech can not be. Unless LAN means a local web server with the VI installed.
But specifically on this topic with a visual page builder - most likely the task of "implementing" is being solved (and required by the customer!) "pull the mice in the admin panel".

What "imposition on a local"??? What are you talking about?
Divi is a visual theme builder, i.e. Your task, by and large, is to understand which buttons to press and in what sequence. That's all. The maximum that will need to be done by hand is to put some strongly non-standard JS into a separate file and connect it.
Divi itself seems to have fairly comprehensive documentation on their product on the site.
