How to make intl work in Ampps?

Hello.
Given: Windows 10, Ampps latest version, intl is enabled in Ampps settings and php version is 5.6
But there is no result - the framework swears that intl is not enabled.
Question: how to fix?

It appears to be a software bug. Tech support sends files for replacement if necessary, after that everything works.
