Tell me, maybe someone had a similar problem: intel 82574L does not work at a speed of more than 100 mb / s. Windows 2012 r2 operating system, d-link des 1028 switch. (Auto-negotiation everywhere, forced installation did not help)
Installing native firewood did not solve the problem.
Suggest something.

Is the cable crimped correctly? Another device, when connected with this particular cable, can 1Gb / s into this port of the switch?
