How to make i3 1035g1 work at least at medium frequency?

When playing cs go, the frequency drops after a few minutes of the game and as a result the fps drops from 120 to 60 fps. The temperature is up to 80 degrees.

it's called throttling. it resets the frequencies to lower the temperature. occurs due to overheating
