How to make Hidmacros work on Russian layout?

On the English keyboard, codes with letter designations like sendkeys "^c" or just sendkeys "^c" work fine. But it's worth switching to Russian - no longer. Maybe you can write a script so that it accepts the command in both Russian and English layouts. Thank you.
