Many layouts. Everywhere there is the same header and footer.
How to make them in the layout connected from other separate layouts.
So that you can update the header or footer in 1 layout and they will automatically change in other layouts.

This question has already been asked several times here - use smart objects.
A header / footer / sidebar, etc. is being made. in a separate psb and linked to the layout (File/Place). You need to change something in the header - they changed it and the rest of the files will have a new layout (you just have to update it manually or use additional plugins). You can create different versions of headers/footers and simply replace the contents of the smart object in the main layout.

Not in Photoshop. You can make a footer into a group and a header into a group and then copy layers from one layout to another. Well, it will be easier if you break everything into groups.

To transfer to others, you can make a copy of the file and delete unnecessary groups
