How to make GitLab friends with Jenkins via Web hook?
Essence of the question:
There is a project on GitLab and there is Jenkins. I want jenkins to execute a task on the push event.
I fight the second day and how I can not realize.
Installed the GitLab web hook plugin in jenkins. In GitLab, in the settings, the project specified all sorts of different urls.
As a result, the Gitlab url twitches when pushing (it can be seen from the logs), but on the jenkins server it does not react at all.
I want Jenkins to do an elementary git pull in a specific directory on the server using the Jenkins hook.
If I run the task manually, everything works, according to the hook - no!
I repeat, it is necessary to perform the task according to the hook. I don't want jenkins to constantly monitor the turnip.
I've read a lot of manuals and tried everything, but it doesn't work. Please tell me how can I solve my problem.
