Upload git repository to server after push?

Faced with an interesting problem.
It is necessary to automatically deploy the repository after changes in the master branch.
Without the use of Jenkins and all sorts of heavy solutions.. Repositories both on the local server and in bitbucket.

I would appreciate any constructive comments. What can you suggest in this situation?
