How to make Gif up to 120kb?

Hey!
The resource asks for a Gif up to 120 kb in size.
Made it in After Effects. I lowered the number of frames to 9 per second, previously saved all the pictures for the Web, still nothing comes out. The animation itself is 9 seconds long. Online converters don't work, neither does Bodymovin. What to do? Help)

no need to do animation
just switch keyframes
by one frame for about three seconds
and after not the best tool for creating gif use photoShop

It's not about the programs, but about your sources.
To be up to 120kb - you need to understand what a gif is and how it works.
Hint:
You won't get good quality for pk references under 120kb.
