How to make friends external hdd with ubuntu 18.04 mount + without sudo?

I connected an external hdd, it is not available from a normal user, I click in the explorer and only after that it seems to be connected but not available for viewing without rights. If from the root I go to it, then it's normal.
in the mount command it is displayed like this

/dev/sda1 on /media/root/4tb type ext4 (rw,nosuid,nodev,relatime,data=ordered,uhelper=udisks2)

I tried the sudo chmod 775 /media/gray/ command
and another command there, something with :USER was .. I can’t find it,
it helped but before restarting the computer.
How to automount a disk and make it available to both root and gray users?

Mount to /media/$USERNAME - there is enough right user
