How to make forwarding from a city number to a group of internal ones?
Hello. There is automatic telephone exchange Panasonic KX-TDA200. There was a need to forward calls from the landline to a group of internal telephones in another department. But in the management console I do not see this city number in the list of external lines, there are other numbers. Tell me, please, how to determine the city number in the management console of this PBX and set it up?

Create an ICDG with the desired number and membership 3.5.1 (Incoming Call Distribution Group). Next, look at which port your line comes in, TDA200 is not an IP PBX, so your ports are physical. In paragraph 10.1 (CO-line settings) enter the name of the line, then in 10.2 in the DIL table indicate which number the call should come from this line - your previously created ICDG. Everything.

How to determine the desired line, if the numbering plan was not correct and the numbers to access the default functions, then press 7 and the CO line number (you can see in paragraph 10.1, the very first column), then dial your cell phone and see from which number you a call came in, like this, going through all your lines, you can understand on which line the number you need hangs.
If you have corrected the function numbering plan, then go to 2.6.1 Functions tab and see the function access to the TIE line and see how to access it.
