How to build chan_dongle?

Good evening everyone!
Guys, I suffer for a couple of hours and download various SVN / Sources ( https://github.com/oleg-krv/asterisk-chan-dongle/t... and the like)
I do everything according to the dock, I get on the build or ./configurate is missing or
aclocal : warning: autoconf input should be named 'configure.ac', not 'configure.in
