Problem:
If you call from an asterisk to a megaphone (cellular) and drop the call on the cellular, usually the megaphone includes a voice mail message (Subscriber is busy, leave a message). But for some reason, this voicemail message is not played on the SIP device, but the dialing beeps continue, and at the moment when it is necessary to leave a message, then the SIP device starts to consider that the connection has been established.
The question is how to fix it?

  No premature media:     Yes
  Progress inband:        Never

Dial options should not contain "r" and "m"
