What is the best choice as an alternative to the Multiphone?

Good afternoon!
Since Multifon is completely ill and Megafon employees are not going to help in solving the problem, I want to go to another operator.
What are currently SIP-operators with a normal price / quality ratio for calls from Moscow and the Moscow region? Outgoing to mobiles and landlines in the region, international calls are not required. Incoming number in the code 495/499. Virtual PBXs are not considered, only siptrunk to Asterisk.
So far, only Sipnet is in mind. I have no experience in this matter, so I ask for advice on the experience of working with such services. Connection as a legal entity. The volume of outgoing calls in the region is around 1100-1500 minutes.
Who works with whom and how is the quality of communication?
Thanks in advance!

@Zarom

I work with city calls across the Russian Federation through Sipnet. Works tolerably. There were problems with calls to some directions, but the technical support solved them promptly. Occasionally, outgoing calls fall off for a couple of minutes (not a connection - just to all busy numbers).
Recently they started working with mtt - they have cheaper mobile phones. So far, they have no complaints. Manager / technical support solves problems, consults. Maybe it's just the beginning :)
