How to make fonts more 'bold' in Sublime Text (on Windows) (like on OS X)?

Good afternoon, I recently noticed that in OS X the fonts are more "Bold"? Or what? I liked them. I use Windows, I'm not going to do the same fonts in the whole system, but I would very much like to in Sublime Text 3.

Found a better option - install Mactype. The problem was different methods of text anti-aliasing, in OS X it is better, well, Mactype applies the anti-aliasing method from OS X to Windows, and now the text in the editor looks more pleasant.

And if you just change the font to a bolder one? I set myself InputMonoCondensed, for my taste and color looks pretty decent:

I work on Mac and PC. I found the simplest font solution for Sublime Text on Windows:
1) Install the Roboto Mono Medium font (Google fonts);
2) In the Sublime Text settings, add the line: "font_face": "Roboto Mono Medium"
The result is a very similar font style.
