How to make floor plan in angular?

You need to create a floor plan.
Initial data:
- dimensions of the room
- dimensions of the elements in the room What you
need to do:
- draw the elements with rectangles (I use div). They should be interactive
- move them, place them indoors (I use cdk drag-drop)
- rotate the elements to the desired angle
- scale the plan
- set sizes between elements
- save the plan (save the coordinates and rotation angle of the elements)

I have a problem with tracking coordinates elements and scaling.
Tell me what is better to use? Perhaps there are ready-made libraries?
