What technologies to choose for the project (student testing system)?

I am doing my thesis on student testing. The functionality is something like this: the teacher registers and gets something like an admin panel, where he can upload his tests (tasks and answer options). Students (having previously registered) go there from their computers and take tests. The teacher from his admin panel sees the results of students.
Is it suitable for such a MEAN stack and how long do you think development will take (before that, I wrote only a to-do list on Angular & node, I didn’t work with databases at all)? Thank you.
PS I will be very glad if you offer any other ideas (and any recommendations in general).

Any technology stack, including MEAN, is suitable for this task, especially if you plan to test thousands of students at the same time.

There is a ready-made PHP code for testing in Wizard mode with branching loops.
