How to make files in a folder responsive on MacOS?
Guys, can someone know and tell me? How to make files in a folder window fit the width of the window. Now it turns out that when you make the window wider, just an empty space appears. And if the opposite is already, then a horizontal scroll appears, and this is terribly inconvenient.
I am also interested in whether there is some kind of desktop update, as in windows Right-click "Update". I have the "Show properties" checkbox checked. For example, below the pictures, its size in pixels is shown. When a new picture appears, this size is not written. I have to go back to the View Options, remove and put back this checkmark to show it.

The View Options is set to Snap to Grid.
Change to "Order by name".
Everything is fine with me - the folders themselves are rebuilt according to the size of the window.
You can try deleting the .DS_Store files...
