How to make FB2 from a large PDF?

Hello! The guys have a 350 meter PDF book, I would really like it in FB2. Online services with such a large size do not work, and if they do, they do not process them (I checked a few). I tried software - solidconverter .... - did nonsense. Suggest a solution.

In general, there is no way to do this, IMHO. Because PDF at 350 meters are most likely scans. And FB2 is a text format.

Requires a lot of manual work on block layout and re-formatting of all text.
There are no other ways (except for recognition and reformatting) with an acceptable result.
