Here is an excerpt from the FAQ:

Q: I want to help the library! Open other ways of transferring funds: WMU, Western Union, SMS…
A: Now those transfer methods are available from which I can redirect donations to pay for the site without or with minimal losses. It is not yet planned to introduce others, in particular:
SMS: in its present form, this is a vile swindle in favor of operators. I don't want to participate in it myself, nor involve
Western Union users: the commission is too high. It only makes sense for very large
WMU amounts: I don’t know what to do with them later - most of them will be exchanged for a more popular currency
. If you cannot make a transfer using any of the ways indicated in the list, do not worry. Just buy yourself a good paper book with the money you save :)
