How to make equal distance between keys in Unity animation?

I'm doing the animation manually and I need the distance between the keys to be the same for uniform movement. Is there some keyboard shortcut for this?

In Animation, check the Show Sample Rate box

and you will see it in the Samples settings (it automatically animates for the number of frames between frames)
