How to make DHCP forwarding for Cisco WLAN Controller 2504?

There is a cisco 2504 wireless point controller
. 2 cisco air cap1602i-e-k9 access points are connected to it.
The mode of operation of the controller must be such that an external dhcp server is used.
Suppose the ip address of the dhcp server is 10.10.0.2, the ip address of the cisco 2504 controller is 10.10.0.5, the access points have addresses from the same network, but they do not affect anything.
On the controller, dhcp proxy is disabled, which, according to the documentation, allows wireless clients to receive ip-addresses via dhcp in the normal mode, no pools need to be configured on the controller itself, dhcp traffic is absolutely transparent for such end devices. This is required and is expected to work.
If you connect to a cisco access point, say, a laptop, it successfully receives an address from the desired network 10.10.0.0/24 and the Internet works.
But you need to make sure that the virtual machine running on this laptop, and with the network interface configured in bridge mode with a wireless interface, receives an ip-address from the same network 10.10.0.0/24.
So far, with this nuances. The virtual machine does not receive ip-ardes via dchp from 10.10.0.2 I
conducted an experiment with a regular Asus wi-fi router in bridge mode, and both the laptop and the virtual machine running on it receive the address from the desired network.

how to configure wireless networks on the controller / points in such a way that there is a clear distinction between 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies by SSID names.
Both modes are enabled on both points, but we connect via SSID, for example, WiFi5 and WiFi24, to both points, and clients are roaming between them. It is not clear how this can be done, and is it possible?
For example, I have a laptop without support for 5GHz frequencies, so I only see WiFi24, I connect to this network. Further, if I move around the office, I still remain connected to WiFi24, but to a different point, since they are roaming.
The same is true for WiFi5.
