How to make custom strokes for Curvature Tool(Shift+~) in illustrator? And then the standard set of options does not seem to allow you to make a drawing as required

Weird question. The text says about the Curvature Tool, and the screenshot shows the width profile window.
The first draws with the stroke that you set (including through the width profile window), and the second can be set according to manuals like this one .
