How to make comparison operators style default?

Comparison operators are displayed crookedly in phpstorm.

Changing the theme to another does not help. Now stands atom one dark.

How can I change them back to normal? Thanks for the answer.

disable ligatures in the font in the editor or scheme settings (if used).
just open settings and search for ligature .
well, or hardcore: remove fonts with ligatures.
