Who is coding in WebStorm (PhpStorm), tell me how to set up automatic wrapping of long lines?
For example, I insert text from the layout - content <p></p>, then I have to manually hit it with enters so that the entire paragraph fits into the screen without a horizontal scroll.

For PHP, you also need to add it manually. Current information as of 11/31/2020. And to be honest, I think that for paid software such manipulations are rude.
