How to make Callinize (YAAI) module call in SuiteCRM and Asterisk (500 Internal Server Error)?

I have a server:
Centos 7, Asterisk 11 (Issabel)
installed SuiteCRM (7.11.12) on it, connected YAAI (3.6.10) - installed according to this article: https://voxlink.ru/kb/integraciya-s-crm /nastrojka-...
Launched php asteriskLogger.php
Then a green phone appeared near the contact number.
When I try to make a call, I get "500 Internal Server Error" in the code inspector.
asterisk user for crm was created with
read = all
write = all permissions
How to overcome this problem?
