How much load can the Raspberry Pi handle under an Asterisk server? Were there any experiences?

I'm going to participate in a hackathon, and I'm doing theoretical training. The bottom line is that at hackathons some time is allocated for the presentation of the project. Usually people demonstrate their user interfaces. Recently it has become commonplace to demonstrate the web interface. But apart from the web interface, there are much more successful ones. I want to surprise the judges, and I want to demonstrate the interaction during the presentation through a phone call from the audience. I read a lot of articles on this subject. I learned that the Asteriks software solution would be a good choice. I also decided that it would be much better to use a mini-server, such as a Raspbeery scarf. Will it be possible to start an Asteriks server on Paspbeery Pi? How to run Asteriks server on Paspbeery Pi? How to set up Asteriks so that it is possible to make a call to it with a voice recording? How much load can the Raspberry Pi handle under an Asterisk server? Tell me everything I need to know..
