How to reset host cache in asterisk (freepbx)?

3 users registered in the aster, which were then transferred to another ip, but for some reason they stopped registering, I tried to specify a static address instead of dynamic in the host of these users, but the aster swears that you need to put dynamic on them, in fact, after which the old ip is set again. I understand they are taken from some kind of cache? How would you clean it up like that?
