Good afternoon, what good free software is there that allows you to beautifully arrange screenshots for instructions, I mean draw arrows, broken lines, choose a color for them, add a line border, etc.

MS Paint is more than enough for such purposes.

Lightsho is a simple option. Photoshop is a difficult option (in the trial version).
