How to make automatic backups with Akeeba Backup for WordPress Core?

I had no business with cron on wordpress before. I have a wordpress site with Akeeba Backup. I'm trying to teach him to make daily copies (deleting the old ones was done in the settings). I acted according to the instructions https://www.easycron.com/cron-job-tutorials/how-to... , only with another plugin (WP Crontrol) that does not block wordpress native cron. I have two questions.
First, if you go to the url that akeeba offers, like

https://***.ru/wp-content/plugins/akeebabackupwp/app/remote.php?view=check&key=***

, then a 404 error pops up, although the remote.php file itself exists at the specified path. Is wordpress blocking links like this? Would this interfere with cron? And if so, can you somehow add to the exceptions?
Secondly, the WP Crontrol plugin does not allow you to run a script from a link. You can only execute php code. I tried
include 'https://***.ru/wp-content/plugins/akeebabackupwp/app/remote.php?view=check&key=***';

include 'wp-content/plugins/akeebabackupwp/app/remote.php?view=check&key=***';

, does not work. Maybe you need something different?
