Backing up an Outlook profile on a domain?

There is a small network for 20 machines, all in the domain, roaming profiles, I noticed that in the profile folder on the server, there is no outlook'a profile, it turns out that when the machine crashes, all mail is lost. Can I force the mail profile to be saved in a roaming profile in a regular way? Or do I need to invent some scripts?

It's easier to store *.pst files on a network share. And it's more convenient to back up.
