How to make Asterisk configuration dynamic?

Good afternoon!
I don’t know how correctly I put it, but the point is that there is a server with Asterisk configured.
There are 5 sites, more sites will be added. These sites have "call me back" buttons. Now all configurations are registered manually.
It is necessary to make it possible to register new sites. When registering them, you need to automate the addition to the Asterisk configuration, since each site has its own operator.
My stupid idea:
1) Open extensions_custom.conf
2) Add new parameters (site/operator) to the end
3) Run asterisk -r > reboot
Is there a way to implement all this in a more civilized, dynamic way?
