How to make Anti-spam for Contact Form 7?

Things like that ..
I have spam on my site like filled out Contact Forms (since the design of the letter is fully consistent with the Contact Form settings).
But this spam is generated WITHOUT visiting the site itself, since I have a script hanging that tracks all clicks on the "Submit" button in the Contact Form, and spam is sent WITHOUT clicking on this "Submit" button.
Can you please tell me in which file you need to specify the condition so that the form is sent with a notification to the email only when the "Submit" button is pressed?
