How to make an IPv6 tunnel through a VPN?

There is a VPN tunnel (in my case OpenVPN), there is an account at tunnelbroker.net/ that allows you to connect via IPv6.
Is it possible to lay at all?
Do I need to somehow reconfigure the VPN tunnel itself on the remote server?
How do I properly configure the interfaces on the system (in my case, OS X) to make an IPv6 tunnel through the VPN?
