How to make an international delivery of goods without knowing anything about carriers, customs regulations, and so on?
I have some electronic designs that I want to try selling as kits for assembly (I really like this direction). I understand a little in the development of web applications and I can, if anything, delegate it correctly. But I don’t know anything about payments and, especially, how goods are delivered (I’m interested at least within the EU where I live, preferably completely international), how shipping costs are calculated, how they are processed on my part, and so on. There are probably some ready-made solutions in the form of third-party subscription service providers, but I'm not sure where to dig. I've sold an old motorcycle in my life, one thing, and an old camera, it seems everything.

It depends on the regulations IN YOUR specific country.
For example, from Russia, starting from September 2016, online stores can send goods abroad with an almost complete absence of customs procedures.
As for customs clearance in the country of the recipient, a million rules.
Therefore, they usually simply write in the terms of delivery - "we have no idea how customs works in your country, we are only responsible for crossing our border (when sending goods), customs in your country may charge you additional fees upon receipt, but we we do not answer these fees and refuse to compensate them" - something like this, but only more polite.
Look at the FBA conditions on Amazon. You will not deal with these issues at all, but you will need to send a batch of goods to the Amazon warehouse and they take, it seems, as much as 30% for this. But they take care of all this routine of sending and registration. And on Ebey, you yourself go to the post office with your legs and send the order.
