There is an application through which people accept money from other persons by providing a link.
Is it possible to do this, if possible, then how, so that the money is not delayed in the application, but immediately after crediting it is sent to the registered user's card?

scheme:
- the money goes to the payment system (in our case, unitpay)
- then the output to the card of the current user is generated automatically.

Is it possible to implement the idea and how to do it? What service to use? What does that require?

It seems that unitpay has an api for mass payments. Connect it and store a client card on the site. The money was received, they took the card number, made a withdrawal through api.
