Interkassa and automatic balance change in the system

To change the client's balance after paying in Interkassa, in my system I need to use the following link format:
api.123.com/?json=1&service_id=1&service_pass=pass... (client id number)&amount=(payment amount)&login=1234&password =pass
The client's id number and payment amount are passed through the payment form on the website.
What is the best way to make this happen automatically after payment?
