How to accept payment via SMS?
A person needs to accept payment via SMS, while remaining anonymous (there must be a withdrawal to btc). The project in the CIS is on a semi-legal status, there is no chernukha, etc.
Scheme: User > Form of payment > Affiliate system > SMS sending > Receiving money PP > Sending data for access > Payment in BTC to the project owner (when collecting a certain amount or immediately).
When registering with aggregators, they will most likely not let you in, or they will hang some restrictions.
I remember a long time ago, about 5-7 years ago, on the game servers there was a theme "SMS piggy bank" for donations, they probably used something similar?
Actually, is it realistic to implement?
I also thought about exchangers. That is, is it realistic to place a form for transferring exchangers to the site and simply use their service for a person’s own purposes? But here is also a minus, I looked at some exchangers, the minimum transfers are high, the fee should be in the region of 100-600r, there is 1000r+
What can you advise?

Anonymous from payers.
But then it is not anonymous. The payment service for receiving payments by SMS will not send grandfather to the village ....
And it will not be on BTS either - payment services depend on telecom operators, the telecom operator is categorically against such things - who needs to substitute their entire SMS reception business for you.
