How to make an independent block scroll in confluence?

The page in confluence is marked up into 2 blocks - in one the main text and in the other a branch of the table of contents. When scrolling the page, both blocks are scrolled.
Is it possible to make it so that only one block with the text scrolls and the other block with the table of contents is pinned?
