How to make an Android application capable of meeting the requirements of different clients?

I am designing a CRUD Android web service client. The basic version is being developed according to the roadmap. But there are clients with different requirements for improvements, everyone needs their own, but others do not need improvements. I see several solutions:
Using the Dynamic feature;
A separate assembly of apk for a specific client;
Basic version + apk with modifications for a specific client.
