How to make an AMP website page for Google?

I can't understand.. The site multmult.ru has an adaptive layout and is being tested https://www.google.ru/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/
But at the same time, the webmaster panel says that the site does not have AMP pages. How so?
What did I do wrong? Maybe something needs to be added? Help me please
