What's up with Google Chrome?

It pluzhit, underloads content, photos, shows normally from the third reload of the page, logs out of the Google account, updates something, displays new elements 0_0
Does anyone have this? The Internet is normal, in other browsers everything is fine.

In the question you need to specify the OS and version.
My Chrome has recently started to freeze tightly.
The first thing we do is run without extensions with the --disable-extensions
key. If it doesn't help, reinstall Chrome.
It should help in your case too.
