How to add widgets to blogger on dynamic template?

There is a task to put widgets from vk into the blogger blog (I also like comments).
How this is done on standard templates is understandable.
But how to add it if the Dynamic template is used?
Where exactly should the widget code be written?

Comments are allowed according to this scheme , but widgets other than the standard ones cannot be added .
