Why does the network not available when checking the sitemap?

Moved the site to https. I add Google webmaster sitemap https://www.megaomm.ru/sitemap.xml And he writes the network is unavailable .. Why? It looks like the file is loading.

This is possible if the sitemap takes a very long time to load. Perhaps you should break it into blocks.
