How to make a WiFi connection in the country?

We decided to save money on the dacha with the Internet and make one connection for two with a neighbor. An optical fiber from Rostelecom was brought into the neighbor's house and a Huawei HG8245H router was installed. Further, the task is to deliver the Internet from this router to our house without loss of quality.
The task is complicated by the fact that between us there is a two-story aerated concrete garage and a power line. Of course, it would be possible to simply stretch the ethernet cable, but I would like to solve the issue more elegantly and without wires. At the moment, the signal quality in good weather reaches only -75 dBm (0.03 nW).
In addition, there is old unnecessary equipment: the Asus WL-500gP V2 router and the Level One OAN-1070 external antenna. Now the task is to establish a reliable connection with minimal additional costs.
Please help me choose the right equipment!

An outdoor cable will be the MOST elegant solution, regardless of the weather, thunderstorms, and other garbage.
In addition, if the distance is less than 100 meters, then also the cheapest solution.
