How to make a web application (amp) native (local)?

Good hour.
Now I wondered how realistic it is to take a ready-made web application and wrap it in some kind of container so that it works locally. As an example, have a wiki in dropbox on a truecrypt encrypted partition. That is, you need a basic minimum, php, sqlite (mysql?), Something like a web server.
Perhaps as an option, several different tools that will allow you to get a similar result.
Previously, I definitely saw php being compiled into an executable file. There is node-webkit, but it's not php. The main idea is to use ready-made applications.

I don't see a specific problem. You have a bunch of everything, you listed a bunch of unnecessary components, dropbox and sql came from somewhere ....
