we hang a request on the Ajax button - on the server we enter the preorder id of the client, the product id, the date, time, everything into the database in the table. The cron starts a script for checking goods from the wishlist, if the goods are available - we write a petition to the user by e-mail with a link to the goods - like "Here!". In the tablet, we write a tick that the client is now aware, and then does not participate in the distribution of goodies.
